Service
MJP provide service adapted to every operatorNULLs needs. It can be direct through training of operating personnel, a sale and service representative, maintenance shipyard or by the operator appointed service body. We have different solutions to different needs.
Our approach is individual. Service representatives are available in Australia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, USA, Venezuela, Sweden, France, Spain, Italy and the UK. With many operators we have direct contact with the operator who handles the basic service. When necessary a service engineer is sent from Sweden.
For new and old customers service training at our own facilities is offered. The training is partly theoretical and partly hands on and includes both assembly, hydraulic and control. Normally the training is one week Monday through Friday.
Our main goal is always to keep the customer happy and their business running.

Oil recommendation
MJP do not give brand name recommendation. The oils used with our systems should have the following qualities:
- Hydraulic oil for steering and reversing and in tank unit with combined lubrication circuit: Hydraulic oil DIN 51524 Part II ISO VG 46 or 32 for colder climates. The oil should have good quality against corrosion. Together with potentiometer feed back sensor we recommend zinc free oils.
- Oil for hub unit lubrication and separate tank unit: Mineral oil FZG larger than or equal to 12, ISO VG 68. The oil should have good quality against corrosion.
